Let’s be honest.

One-off workshops don’t work.

Diversity training may raise awareness of bias, but it also leaves people powerless to tackle it. No guidance. No SOPs. No next steps.

Enter:

😠 Denial “I’m not racist.”

😫 Distress “I’m being gaslit.”

😨 Overwhelm “I can’t fix this by myself!”

🫣 Uncertainty “Where do I even begin?”

Hundreds of studies (yes, hundreds) confirm this go-to solution for employers is the least effective of all equity & inclusion programs. It’s also the most expensive.

Are you ready to invest in a solution that actually works (and saves you $$$ in the long term)?

Yes? Good news!

We’re here and ready to build with you.

🙋🏿‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️ Global Leadership Incubator is a 6-month intensive, cohort-based online (or hybrid) course for non-profit and foundation leaders to build inclusive and innovative teams.

Currently only offered privately to organizations

In a group of your peers, you will learn leadership, innovation, and inclusion fundamentals and build proven work systems that reduce stress, build trust, and improve performance.

Distinct cohorts include senior leaders (executives, directors, and senior managers) or emerging leaders (new or future managers).

We begin with foundational concepts at the individual and team level: psychological safety, conflict resolution, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, and cross-cultural and digital communication.

Then we tackle priority work systems at the organizational level for the greatest impact: recruitment, agile and flexible work, coaching and mentoring, and feedback and performance.

Fearless Project is ready to partner with you to achieve your innovation and inclusion goals with up-skilling, confidence-building, and systems redesign so your organizational values finally align with the way your organization works.

For global non-profit, public, and philanthropic sector professionals…

We partner with you to take action on shifting power.

OUR STORY

Resistance to change isn’t due to a lack of will. It’s due to the lack of know-how.

My two-decades of social impact work have taken me from community organizing to civil rights activism, from policy analysis to humanitarian assistance, and from innovation and diversity, equity, and inclusion to leadership development.

Let’s be real. Non-profit work is rewarding, but it’s also pretty crap. It’s no secret that stress and inefficiency are the norm in our sectors. Even worse is the lack of imagination and accountability toward the communities we supposedly serve.

I’ve always known we could and we must do better in our industry. But I didn’t know how.

Over time, I learned that resistance to change wasn’t due to a lack of will. It’s due to the lack of know-how.

If leaders don’t have the knowledge, tools, and practice to build inclusive and innovative teams, why should we expect anything but the status quo?

By learning the how of building inclusive and high-performing teams based on the evidence of what actually works, we can do it. The solution is well within reach.

I founded Fearless Project so that social impact leaders, like me, could finally act on our values and design the workplaces we’ve always dreamed of.
